With onion quilting on the inside and an elastic hood for a snug fit that keeps warmth in, the 100% recycled polyester H2No® Performance Standard shell provides wet-weather protection, and Thermogreen® 100% recycled polyester insulation shields from the cold. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
